Fulfillment Policy

At Aron Segal Creative, we provide premium video editing services tailored to entrepreneurs, creators, and online brands who want cinematic storytelling and world-class visuals. Here’s how our service works:

1. Service Delivery

We work with both one-time projects and ongoing retainers. A standard 10-minute video is typically completed within one week after receiving payment and materials. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope and will always be discussed upfront.

2. Payment Terms

We operate on a 100% upfront payment model. Once we agree on the scope during our onboarding call, you’ll receive a manual invoice. Work begins as soon as the payment is received.

3. Revisions & Scope Changes

The number of revisions is discussed and agreed upon during the initial call. If major changes are requested outside the original scope, both timeline and pricing will be renegotiated before continuing the project.

4. Cancellations & Termination

If either of us feels that the project no longer makes sense to continue, we can mutually agree to stop. There are no rigid rules—our goal is always open and respectful communication.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once work has started and services have been fulfilled. If we are unable to complete the work on our side, we’ll discuss appropriate next steps, which may include a refund or credit.

6. Rescheduling

Calls and creative meetings can be rescheduled by either party if needed. Just let us know in advance.

7. Additional Fees

There are no extra fees beyond what we agree on during our call. No hidden costs, no surprises.
